Extra Virgin Olive Oil Superbo 500 ml

Superbo Quattrociocchi extra virgin olive oil is a high quality extra virgin oil produced by the Quattrociocchi oil mill in Alatri. It is obtained from the cold pressing of olives mainly of the Moraiolo variety, which give life to an oil with a strong and enveloping taste.

Fragrance:

The aroma is strong and enveloping, medium fruity. The scents of cut grass and olive leave are accompanied by vegetal notes of wild cardoon, artichoke and lettuce.

Taste:

The flavour is complex, it recalls mint and basil with reminiscence of chicory, lettuce and a strong almond note at the end. Bitter and strong spicy.

Culinary use:

Perfect on mushrooms, bruschetta with tomato, tuna salads, marinated octopus, bean soups, grilled swordfish, red meat, hard cheeses.
