Extra Virgin Olive Oil Novello Olio Fresco Ursini 500ml

Extra Virgin Olive oil Fresco by Ursini is a novello olive oil, that is the first oil of the new harvest of the year. It is obtained from a blend of different local olive varieties that can change according to the period but normally they are: Leccino, Dritta, Cucco. Olives are picked by hand and sent to the mill within 4 hours in order to be immediately crushed. Olive oil is cold extracted in absence of oxygen in order to keep fragrance and taste inaltered.

Fragrance:

Strong and fresh with an intense herbaceous scent, with hints of chicory and intense artichoke.

Taste:

It has a broad, powerful, long-lasting taste with well-defined bitter-spicy notes. Harmonious, fresh and sweet with a finish of spices such as basil and rosemary.

Culinary use:

Raw, on legume dishes, vegetables, on all kinds of meats, especially grilled meats, salads, medium-aged cheeses.
