Extra Virgin Olive Oil Novello Anteprima Franci 500 ml

The extra virgin olive oil Anteprima is the “Novello” olive oil made by Giorgio Franci, nominated “Hero of the Made in Italy” by Gambero Rosso. A real protagonist of italian food culture known worldwide. This olive oil is the first produced in the new harvest, available starting form the firs half of October. It is a non filtered extra virgin and it is obtained by different olive varieties: frantoio, moraiolo and leccino. The harvest of olives is made by hand and the olive oil is cold extracted through continuous cycle mill.

Fragrance:

Strong olive smell, fresh and rich in herbaceous scents with predominance of artichoke.

Taste:

Intense vegetal taste. Bitter and spicy are strong but well-balanced.

Culinary use:

Use it raw with all autumnal plates. Perfect on bruschetta.
