Frantoio D’Orazio’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monocultivar Peranzana is harmonious and moderately fruity, making it perfect on fish and meat carpaccio. It is made only from olives of the Peranzana variety and is packaged in elegant glass bottles inspired by Provence in their iridescent blue colour but also by the clear blue skies of Puglia.
