The Monocultivar Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Terre Francescane has an intense and strong flavour. It is produced exclusively from olives of the Moraiolo variety, one of the first plants to have been cultivated on the hills by the Franciscan friars in the Middle Ages. Moraiolo olives are very small and with a low yield but they manage to produce an amazing olive oil.
