It is obtained from the Moraiolo, Leccino and Itrana olive varieties, cultivated and harvested by hand and then pressed on the same day in the company’s mill, to ensure maximum freshness to the final product. Classico Quattrociocchi is renowned for its quality and balanced taste, making it a product appreciated by the most refined palates.
