Extra Virgin Olive Oil 46° Parallelo Verde is produced by Agraria Riva del Garda from a blend of different varieties of olives harvested at their early stage of ripeness to give greater character to the final taste of the oil. The skilful blend of different cultivars contributes to a product with a complex but fresh flavour and a lively and present spiciness.

Medium fruity with pleasant fresh notes reminiscent of almond.

Harmonious, with a slight hint of bitterness but with a very present spiciness.
