Eucalyptus Honey by Mieli Thun has a characteristic licorice smell, sometimes distinctly smoky, with notes of dried porcini mushroom. Very well balanced between sweet and salty, at times slightly spicy. Its characteristics make it ideal for any dish where aromatic herbs are the protagonists. The salty notes invite the combination with raw sea fish. The most suitable cheeses are fresh goat cheese and gorgonzola. Try it in the kitchen for creaming risotto or for skipping prawns.
