‘e Paccheri rigati – Gragnano Pasta PGI 500 gr

The Paccheri Rigati Pasta di Gragnano IGP of Fabbrica della Pasta is a very well known and appreciated short pasta format. Born from a very particular anecdote all Gragnan. At the end of the 19th century, the children were dedicated to the collection of minuzzaglia (remains of pasta that fell during drying in the street).
