Greater than the sum of its parts, simply durum wholewheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridged texture which make your sauces cling. Perfect with a rich tomato sauce and beef meatballs, finished with a handful of shaved parmesan. Spaghetti lends itself to a thick sauce such as carbonara with bacon eggs or shellfish with parmesan and lemon zest.
