Dandelion Honey by Mieli Thun has a pungent smell of sulfur, vinegar, notes of wet hay and cheese crust. The taste is definitely the opposite: moderately sweet and vanilla, with a strong hint of chamomile infusion. Excellent with bitter leaves for cooking such as endive and escarole and for lacquering pork, baked or grilled  combined with vinegar, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
