Cherry Honey 250 gr

Cherry Honey Mieli Thun has a bright yellow color with bright orange reflections. On the nose it shows hints of toasted dried fruit and apricot jam. Concerning taste, notes of almond and plum stands out well. It is perfect on Robiola cheese and sweet aged cheeses in general. In the kitchen it can be used to glaze a chicken with almonds, or to enrich a mascarpone cream.
