In addition, to preserve all the flavor of the pasta and an excellent hold during cooking, drying is slow and at low temperatures.

Instructions for perfect cooking:

Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend that you taste it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
