Carolina Reaper Chili Pepper Cream 90 gr

Carolina Reaper pepper cream by Mr Pic is made up of 92% fresh chilli with the sole addition of extra virgin olive oil and salt, therefore a very small amount is enough to flavor any dish or sauce. It can be used in small doses to create a spicy condiment by adding sauces to taste and can also be kept outside the fridge as long as it remains covered with a thin drizzle of olive oil. The Carolina Reaper is a hybrid pepper variety obtained by crossing the Red Habanero with the Naga Morich. In 2017 it obtained the world’s hottest pepper record.
