Butter with Truffle 80 gr

Butter with Black Truffle Savini Tartufi contains 5 % of truffle and can be kept out of the fridge until opening. Perfect to be spread on canapés and bruschetta but also as Pasta or Risotto sauce. It can also replace the classic butter in cooking. The truffle used for this preparation is Tuber aestivum Vitt., commonly known as Summer Truffle or Black Scorzone Truffle.

  The Tuber aestivum Vitt., also known as Black Summer Truffle, has a very delicate taste, but it releases its full typical flavour if eaten after a short medium heat cooking.
