The Sicilian Anellini from the Fabbrica della Pasta are Pasta di Gragnano IGP. They are a typical Sicilian pasta format where they are traditionally cooked in the oven to prepare delicious timbales with ragù sauce, peas and abundant typical cheeses. The Sicilian rings of the Fabbrica della Pasta are handcrafted according to the family tradition, using only the best durum wheat semolina mixed with pure Gragnano water.
