Agraria Riva del Garda’s 46° Parallelo Bianco Biological Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from a blend of different cultivars, including Casaliva, all from organically farmed olive groves. The olives are mainly hand-picked when they are at an early stage of ripeness and pressed immediately afterwards to ensure a product of maximum freshness and excellent quality.
