The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice is obtained from organic olives cultivated in Case di Latomie farm. It is characterized by its medium intense flavour, its density and full bodied taste.

Fragrance:
Spicy and herbaceous, strong and persistant.

Taste:
Medium fruity, round and full-bodied taste. Well balanced with tomate and sweet almond aftertaste

Culinary use:
Thanks to its unexpected sweetness it is perfect on fish (both cooked and raw), but also on legume soups, red meat and vegetables.

Thanks to the centuries-old age of its native Nocellara del Belice olive groves, which have always been cultivated organically, and to the very low environmental impact of its productions, the Centonze farm has been declared a “Slow Food Presidium of Extra Virgin Olive Oil”.
