Marchesi Gondi’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Laudemio comes from the olive groves of the Volmiano Farm in the hills around Florence. Here, on 80 hectares dedicated to organic farming, 23,000 olive trees of the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and other local cultivars grow. The oil is extracted within 4 hours of harvesting, which is done manually or with facilitators, guaranteeing a product of extraordinary quality and freshness, an authentic expression of the Italian olive oil tradition.
