With this Selection, which brings together two of Frantoio di Santa Téa’s most apreciated extra virgin olive oils, you can enjoy all the nuances of fruitiness, from the more intense and assertive green olives to the more delicate black olives. For both, the olives are processed within 15 hours of harvesting.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Green Olives comes from the field selection of cold pressed Green Olives. Strong character, with intense aroma of fresh olive and light notes of artichoke and wild herbs. Round and balanced taste with herbaceous notes, spicy finish, slightly bitter.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Black Olives comes from the field selection of hand-picked olives at the time of their full ripeness. This results in an extra virgin oil with a delicate, harmonious flavor and a soft, round taste.
