The Balsamic condiment “Oro Supremo”* is obtained from grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco which is fermented and aged in series of barrels of different woods for a long time. For this product wine vinegar is not used and it is adopted the same methodology of preservation and processing of traditional Pdo.
Neither caramel nor preservatives are used and sulfites are under 10mg / L.
The density is very high (1.33 to 1.34) as well as the flavors and perfumes.

Intense and fruity.
Taste:
Dense, full-bodied, very palatable.
Culinary use:
Excellent with seasoned cheeses, red or exotic fruits, on ice cream and on chocolate cake.
*According to the policy document which rules the PGI certification of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, such name can be associated only to those Baslamic Vinegars in formats equal to or higher than 250ml
