Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extravecchio is obtained from grapes of Trebbiano and Lambrusco, grown in the Acetomodena vineyard. After crushing grapes, they procede with the cooking of the must obtained. Let it settle, it is poured into barrels for aging at least 25 years. The heat of summer days and the stiffness of winter periods, where the transfer takes place gradually in smaller barrels and of different types of wood, allow to obtain an excellent product from the point of view of the appearance and aroma.

Inside the box, a gift booklet of “Consorzio Produttori Antiche Acetaie” on the origins of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena enriched with delicious recipes and translated into several languages. You will also find the doser cork inside.
