Acetaia Malpighi’s Prelibato Rosé Condiment combines the centuries-old tradition of the acetaia’s production with the most advanced gastronomic research. Prelibato Rosato is made in a totally natural way from must of Trebbiano Modenese and Uva Ancillotta grapes grown in the Malpighi family’s filiari along with rose essence extracted from the plants on the farm owned by the vinegar house. It is clear and pink in appearance, with a fresh, fruity aroma and a very balanced rose flavor. Use raw on fish dishes, along with fresh or grilled vegetables, shellfish, mollusks, caviar or fresh and syrupy fruit.
