This Dressing with Fig and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is characterised by a perfect balance between the typical vinegar flavour and the delicious taste of Fig, with its pleasant and lingering aroma. Like the other products of “Fruity Gamma” Re Modena, this dressing is produced with Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape varieties, without any type of colouring or thickening agents, but with juices and natural flavourings.
