Olives produced by Centonze Farm are a veritable delicacy, keeping the typical Mediterranean flavor of Nocellara del Belice olives. The olives of this variety are characterized by an excellent balance between pulp and stone and they are moderate in sugars. The drupe is large and spherical, it has a deep green color turning vinous-red as it matures. The pulp is crunchy and easily detaching from the stone. The flavor is slightly sweet and sour with subtle spicy and bitter notes.

Green Olives in Brine 820 gr: they are characterized by a very sweet flavor and crunchy texture thanks to the traditional processing called “Castelvetrano method” in which olives are treated in a diluted solution of water and soda. After one day, salting is carried out: the salt in contact with the liquid dissolves slowly and is evenly distributed throughout the container. They are perfect as appetizer.

Black Baked Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 520 gr: they are known as “Passuluna” in Sicilian dialect. These natural black olives have a slightly bitter flavor and mellow texture. They are perfect as appetizer.

Seasoned Green Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Centonze 520 gr: they are known as “Alivi Cunzati” in Sicilian dialect. These natural green olives dressed with garlic, parsley, chilli pepper and oregano have a spicy flavor and crunchy texture. They are perfect as appetizer.
