Seasoned green olives in extra virgin olive oil Centonze are a veritable delicacy with the typical Mediterranean flavor of the Nocellara del Belice olives. They are known as “Alivi Cunzati” in Sicilian dialect. These natural green olives dressed with garlic, parsley, chilli pepper and oregano have a spicy flavor and crunchy texture. They are perfect as appetizer.

The Nocellara del Belice is the only type of Italian olive that can boast of two PDO awards (as olives and olive oil as well).
The olives of this variety are characterized by an excellent balance between pulp and stone and they are moderate in sugars. The drupe is large and spherical, it has a deep green color turning vinous-red as it matures. The pulp is crunchy and easily detaching from the stone. The flavor is slightly sweet and sour with subtle spicy and bitter notes
