Natural Green olives in brine Centonze are a veritable delicacy with the typical Mediterranean flavor of Nocellara del Belice olives. They are characterized by a very sweet flavor and crunchy texture thanks to the traditional processing called “Castelvetrano method” in which olives are treated in a diluted solution of water and soda. After one day, salting is carried out: the salt in contact with the liquid dissolves slowly and is evenly distributed throughout the container. They are perfect as appetizer.

Nocellara del Belice is the only type of Italian olive that can boast of two PDO awards (as olives and olive oil as well).
The olives of this variety are characterized by an excellent balance between pulp and stone and they are moderate in sugars. The drupe is large and spherical, it has a deep green color turning vinous-red as it matures. The pulp is crunchy and easily detaching from the stone. The flavor is slightly sweet and sour with subtle spicy and bitter notes.
