The Carbonara sauce with Truffle Savini Tartufi is perfect to bring to the table in a few minutes one of the most popular first courses of Italian cuisine. It is made with all the traditional ingredients: bacon, eggs and Pecorino Romano DOP cheese, all made even more delicious by the unmistakable flavor of truffle. The truffle used for this preparation is Tuber aestivum Vitt., commonly known as Summer Truffle or Black Scorzone Truffle.

  The Tuber aestivum Vitt., also known as Black Summer Truffle, has a very delicate taste, but it releases its full typical flavour if eaten after a short medium heat cooking.
