Bigoli (or Bigoj) 500g by Pastificio Morelli are a handmade pasta format typical of the Veneto region. They are bronze drawn and made with Italian durum wheat semolina. Dried at low temperature, Bigoli maintain a perfect consistency: they do not disintegrate, do not stick and resist even when seasoned and kept warm for hours. Thanks to the 2.5 mm string, cut short, they are ideal for banquets and big occasions. For optimal cooking, cook them in plenty of boiling water without stirring for the first 12 minutes; full cooking time is 22 minutes. Perfect with traditional sauces, such as cacio e pepe, they guarantee taste and quality in every dish.
