Pasta Natura Gluten-Free Legume Fusilli are made with pea flour. They are perfect for those who are intolerant to gluten, but also for those who want to try a lighter but at the same time nutritious pasta with a unique flavor. Instructions for perfect cooking:
Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
