Pasta Natura Gluten Free Fusilli with Buckwheat Flour is a pasta specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten and sustainably produced in Piedmont. Even the packaging is 100% recyclable and only the best flours, strictly GMO-free are selected for production. To ensure ua perfect stability in cooking and an authentic taste all the way to your table, the pasta is also dried slowly and at low temperatures.

Buckwheat: is a cereal rich in minerals and protein (19%), amino acids and essential antioxidants. Ideal for people with celiac disease as it is naturally gluten-free.

Instructions for perfect cooking:

Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
