Gluten Free with Fusilli Amaranth, Teff and Quinoa Pasta Natura is a type of pasta with perfect roughness and hold during cooking, ideal for people intolerant to gluten but also for those who want to try a pasta with an original taste and easy digestibility. In addition, to preserve all the flavor of the pasta until your table, drying is slow and at low temperatures.
Amaranth:Â a kind of cereal that is naturally gluten-free, very rich in fiber and highly digestible. It contains a lot of noble protein, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron.
Teff:Â is the world’s smallest cereal that boasts remarkable nutritional properties, as it is rich in fiber, calcium, potassium, iron and complex carbohydrates.
Quinoa:Â is a herbaceous plant that is very rich in amino acids which do not allow it to be given the designation of a grain. Quinoa does not contain gluten.
Instructions for a perfect cooking:
Fill a pot with water (1lt water per 100gr pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
