Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGPÂ are an egg pasta typical of the village of Campofilone, in the Marche region. They are very fine spaghettini, able to cook directly in the sauce, offer an extraordinary yield and have an excellent capacity to absorb sauces. They cook in just 1-2 minutes in boiling water or directly in the hot sauce and with 250 g we can serve about 4 portions. They are perfect with traditional meat sauces or with delicate white fish sauces, guaranteeing a unique gastronomic experience. Produced by the agricultural pasta factory La Campofilone, in the Marche region, they come from a short and sustainable supply chain: they are made using only fresh eggs from hens reared on the land using non-intensive methods and wheat cultivated in the 150 hectares of the supply chain. A 100% Italian pasta of excellence, respecting tradition and quality.
