Tagliatelle Ricce Egg Pasta 250 gr

Tagliatelle Ricce egg pasta are different from the classic flat Tagliatelle pasta shape because of their jagged edges (“ricce” in italian means “wavy”). Egg Pasta by Fabbrica della Pasta is bronze die and gently dried at very low temperature. The result is a rough and thick pasta made with 100% italian durum wheat semolina and using exclusively italian fresh eggs, without adding water.
