This balance of ingredients creates a pasta with a unique flavour, specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance and perfect with vegetable, meat, fish or cheese sauces. The mafalde, with their curled shape, are ideal for retaining the sauce, making each bite even tastier. The traditional processing with bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature guarantees a rough and porous dough that holds the cooking perfectly. The naturally gluten-free cereal mix is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre, offering a concentrate of well-being and flavour at the table. Instructions for perfect cooking:

Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
