Thanks to bronze drawing and a slow drying process of 24-36 hours, this pasta boasts a rough and porous texture, perfect for retaining the sauce. These Linguine al nero di seppia come from a short and sustainable supply chain, as they are made only with fresh eggs from hens raised on the land using non-intensive methods and wheat cultivated in the 150 hectares of the Campofilone chain. They cook in just 1-2 minutes in boiling water and are ideal for about 4 servings. Their refined and intense flavour goes perfectly with fish, shellfish or mollusc sauces: try them with prawns, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of fresh parsley for an irresistible Mediterranean dish!
