Thanks to bronze wire-drawing, its rough surface best retains any type of sauce, giving an enveloping taste experience. Produced by a short and sustainable supply chain, it is made from the highest quality ingredients: only fresh eggs from hens raised on the land using non-intensive methods and wheat grown on 150 hectares of land in the Marche region.
