The Tubettoni Pasta di Gragnano IGP of Fabbrica della Pasta have a cylindrical shape and straight cut. This pasta format typical of Campania is often used for the making of baked pies. The Tubettoni are produced according to the dictates of ancient tradition, using only the best coarse-grained semolina of first extraction mixed with the pure water of the Monti Lattari spring.
