I Farfalloni – Gragnano Pasta PGI 500 gr

The Farfalloni di Gragnano IGP of the Pasta Factory of Gragnano, are giant butterflies almost 7cm wide with a height of 4cm. They are produced according to the dictates of the ancient family tradition, using the best coarse-grained semolina of first extraction mixed with the pure water of the source of the Lattari Mountains. The bronze drawing and the long and gentle drying at low temperature help to create a unique and high quality product.
