The Ziti Lunghi di Gragnano PGI from Fabbrica della Pasta are a typical pasta format from Naples. The name comes from the Neapolitan dialect, where “ziti” means newlyweds. In fact, traditionally this shape was cooked for wedding dinners. Perfect with both meat and fish sauces, they are also excellent baked with aubergines, gravy and plenty of cheese.
