Linguine al Peperoncino Rosso from Antico Pastificio Morelli are perfect for those who love strong flavours. They differ from other flavoured pastas due to the presence of wheat germ, rich in vitamins and vegetable proteins. The chilli pepper is mixed directly into the dough, creating a fragrant and tasty pasta even without seasoning. Try it seasoned only with extra virgin olive oil or with a simple fresh tomato sauce.

The wheat germ is the heart of the wheat grain, rich in flavour and active nutrients. Normally the germ is removed to facilitate the preservation of flours, but the MORELLI pasta factory, using artisan techniques, reinserts the fresh wheat germ into the dough, obtaining a different kind of pasta, good even if dressed with just a drizzle of oil. During cooking, an intense aroma of wheat is released and the water is slightly tinged with green. It is recommended to season only with cheese and simple sauces to taste.
