Casarecce with Pasta Natura wholemeal rice flour are gluten free and have a more pronounced color and taste than pasta made from classic rice. Naturally rich in minerals such as potassium and magnesium, this pasta is highly digestible and is specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Only the best grains that are strictly NO GMO are selected for the flours. Finally, to preserve all the flavor of the pasta until your table, drying is slow and at low temperatures.

Whole-grain rice: has many nutritional and beneficial properties as it helps keep blood pressure under control, regulates the intestines, is detoxifying, and is suitable for people with celiac disease.

Instructions for a perfect cooking:

Pour water in a big pot (1lt of water each 100gr of Pasta) and add a spoon of olive oil. Bring to boil and add salt. Add pasta and let it cook checking the cooking time written in the back of the package. We recommend to taste it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that the degree of cooking is the desired one.
