The Fusilloni di Gragnano IGP of the Fabbrica della Pasta are one of the most original shapes of the artisan pasta factory of Gragnano. The goodness of Gragnano IGP pasta combines creativity for a format that lends itself to any type of seasoning, from the most elaborate to the simplest such as Genoese pesto or the classic tomato sauce. Made with artisanal methods using only the best wheat semolina and water of the Lattari Mountains, the Fusilloni of the Pasta Factory are strictly bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures.
