‘e Paccheri Lisci – Gragnano Pasta PGI 500 gr

Paccheri Lisci di Gragnano IGP from Fabbrica della Pasta is a short and smooth pasta format ideal with fish sauces and in general with creamy sauces. The term paccheri comes from a particular anecdote all Gragnano. At the end of the 19th century, the children were dedicated to the collection of minuzzaglia (pasta remains that fell during drying in the street). Sometimes someone tried to keep this leftover pasta for himself. The owner of the factory, aware of the incident, punished them by giving them a slap, which in the Neapolitan dialect is indicated with the name “pacchero”.
