Black Sauce with Truffle Maxi Format 500 gr

Giuliano Tartufi’s Truffle Black Sauce in 500 g maxi format is a delicious gourmet sauce that is extremely versatile in the kitchen. This sauce is prepared with Champignons and porcini mushrooms, black olives and 5% summer truffle or Scorzone. A small amount of squid ink is added to intensify the colour. Ideal for preparing hot canapés, seasoning pasta or enriching the cooking sauce of roasts, this sauce gives every dish the characteristic aroma of high quality truffles.
