Giuliano Tartufi’s Black Truffle Sauce is a tasty sauce made from Champignons and porcini mushrooms, black olives and summer truffles (5%). A small amount of squid ink is added to make the colour even more intense. It is excellent for preparing hot canapés, for seasoning pasta, but also as an addition to the cooking sauce of roasts to enrich the flavour with the unique aroma of quality truffles.

The Tuber aestivum Vitt., also known as Summer Black Truffle or Scorzone, has a very delicate flavour but releases its typical organoleptic properties when consumed after short cooking over moderate heat.
