Honeydew Honey 350 gr

Apicoltura Cazzola’s Honeydew Honey is produced in July and August and is a honey that always remains liquid, very dense and almost viscous. The colour is very dark, almost black. It smells of caramel while the taste is less sweet than nectar honeys. It is a honey rich in minerals and enzymes. Excellent in warm milk and in combination with pecorino cheese.
