Coriander honey from Apicoltura Cazzola has an amber-coloured hazelnut colour and is highly valued for its characteristic of remaining liquid for a long time without ever completing crystallisation. Its scent and flavour are very delicate and the slightly vanilla aroma is reminiscent of sugared almonds. Excellent for sweetening food without altering the flavour. Try it on coffee and hot drinks such as tea, herbal teas and chamomile tea, as an accompaniment to fresh fruit salads or with dairy products such as yoghurt, ricotta and mozzarella.
