Acacia Honey 250 gr

Acacia Honey by Mieli Thun has a very light, almost transparent, straw yellow color. It is characterized by very delicate olfactory hints of sugared almonds and vanilla. Its taste is very sweet with a fresh sweet almond aftertaste. Acacia is by far the richest in fructose and the sweetest of honeys. Ideal in combination with goat cheeses, Pecorino and all the aged cheeses. In the kitchen it is useful for syruping or candying fruit and its always liquid state makes it ideal in fruit salads, also to limit fruits oxidation, or for polishing pies and fruit cakes in general.
