The Alpine flowers Honey by Mieli Thun has an elegant and decisive aroma, a slightly sweet taste and a finish with hints of mint that characterizes all mountain honeys. It is the result of different flower nectars such as rhododendron, raspberry, lime and thyme that give this honey an amber color, sometimes darkened by honeydews. Wonderful when paired with Greek yogurt and seasoned mountain cheeses. Ideal in the kitchen to prepare cooking liquid for game or to flavor the cooking water of vegetables such as spinach, beets and asparagus.
